Event tracking และบทบาทของ API

PBCP makes business APIs context-aware.
Server is the source of truth; Browser is the source of behavior.
One business fact → one authoritative publisher.

Frontend / App → Customer API → Database / ERP
Customer Backend → POST /events → PBCP
Customer API → Context / Story / Intelligence → แอปของลูกค้าแสดงเอง

• Business facts (order.created, payment.completed) ส่งจาก backend ของลูกค้า หลังระบบยืนยันว่าเกิดจริง
• อย่าฝัง production API key ในเบราว์เซอร์ และอย่าส่ง order.created จากทั้งหน้าเว็บและ backend
• Event SDK (ทิศทาง) ติดตั้งที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ ไม่ใช่หน้าบ้านผู้ซื้อ
• Pcampus ไม่มาแทนเว็บ / แอป / checkout ของลูกค้า — ลูกค้าดึง Story / Intelligence ไปทำให้ API ที่มีอยู่ฉลาดขึ้น

Authentication

ทุก service authenticate ด้วย Bearer token จาก PIP:
